I am an American and I have AIDS. Even so, it is not the American taxpayers' responsibility to spend a dime on AIDS for those who aren't even American citizens, much less $30 billion! What part of "bankrupt" doesn't President Bush and other "generous" politicians (with your money) understand about the United States?
